Three steps to the perfect filter kaapi

Add 2 heaped tsp of coffee powder to the upper chamber of your filter.

Pour hot water gently and close the lid. Let it drip slowly.

Mix the decoction with hot frothy milk (and jaggery!) — enjoy.
