Kaaviyam · ✦ poetry
Every cup, a verse.
"In every filter's slow drip, a poem brews — patient, dark, and true."
Kaapi means coffee, Kaaviyam means epic poetry. Our brand is a love letter to slow mornings, amma's kitchen, and the verses that brew between sips.

Heritage
The story of Kumbakonam coffee
In the temple town of Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, mornings begin with the rhythmic clink of a brass davara-tumbler and the dark, slow drip of decoction from a stainless-steel filter. Born in the agraharams that surround the great Adi Kumbeshwarar and Sarangapani temples, this brewing ritual turned a simple bean into a cultural kaaviyam.
For over a century, Kumbakonam has stood for one promise: coffee that is freshly ground, slow-brewed, and never compromised. We carry that promise into every 100g pack we ship.
